Here are the steps you need to follow to send any items back to us:
1. Access our online returns portal.
2. Log in using the following details - your order number (including the #); your zip code; your full name (as shown on the shipping label).
3. Enter the requested details on the next page.
4. Print the return label once generated.
5. Wrap your item/s & the completed return form.
6. Securely attach the return label.
7. Take your parcel to your local depot and pay the postage fee.
